Griswold Communications is an equal access company. Customers have their choice of long distance carriers.
Changes in long distance carriers can be made by contacting the carrier directly or by contacting Griswold Communications. All carrier change requests received by the Griswold Communications must be implemented.
A Preferred Carrier Freeze prevents any unauthorized changes to a subscriber's long distance carrier and any associated charges, without subscriber consent. It is the Griswold Communication's recommendation that customers subscribe to this free service.
