Billing Cycle and Due Date

Griswold Communications bills are mailed the 10th of every month and are due upon receipt. The bills indicate a payment date no later than the 30th of the month. Payments not received by the 30th of the month are subject to disconnection and late fees. Delinquent notices are mailed the day following the 30th.

Local telephone service is billed in advance. Tolls, however, are billed in arrears. For example, the December 10th billing includes local service for the month of December and toll calls from November 1st through the 30th.

Easy Pay

Easy-Pay is a service that is an automatic payment of your Griswold Communications bill. The amount due is deducted directly from your checking account or charged to your credit/debit card. Easy Pay is convenient, easy and more importantly accurate and reliable.

With Easy Pay you will continue to receive your monthly statement so you will know what you owe for the current month billing. That amount will then be automatically deducted from your checking account or charged to your credit/debit card on the 15th of the month.

If you would like Easy-Pay service, please contact the business office or print a copy of the Easy-Pay form and return it to the business office.

We also accept one time credit or debit card payments. Allowing you to pay on the date you choose. Stop in to make your payment or call us at 778-2121 and we can process your payment over the phone. 

Drop Boxes

Griswold Communications has drop boxes located in each of the four exchanges for payments. Please note that when using the drop boxes, payment is requested by the 25th of the month to insure proper credit to the bill before payment due date. The addresses for drop box locations are as follows:
